Target Fashionista!

I was able to snag one dress this past Fall when Missoni came to Target (through buying on Ebay of course at a slightly higher price). I have always LOVED the exclusive collections from the designers that have collaborated with Target. I remember when it started with the GO International collection when Proenza Schouler first emerged in the fashion scene. I bought their signature bustier dress that is still one of my favorite dresses in my closet! I also loved the Tucker collection where I purchased a cute flirty and floral dress that I wore all Summer long. Definitely love the idea of buying designer clothing at more affordable prices.

On February 5th the Jason Wu for Target collection will arrive! Wu first gained popularity and recognition after he designed Michelle Obama's breathtaking and elegant inaugural gown. Wu's collection for Target is inspired by "An American Girl in Paris." The designs whisper of a Parisian romance with modern yet classic pieces that are easy to add into to your current wardrobe. It also captures the Nautical stripe trend for Spring. The collection will feature feminine and romantic dresses, sleeveless and long sleeve sheer blouses, pleated skirts and cuffed shorts. There will also be a small line of accessories- look out for clutches, mini bags and scarves for Spring.

See a sneak peek below!

I may actually wake up early to hit my local store on the 5th...otherwise its back to bidding wars on Ebay that evening!
